Epcot Concept Envelope

Hello!

Snatched one of these at Epcot during Food&Wine but haven't been able to find anyone else who knows about this. Anyone know why it was limited to 500? (says so in the back) Seems a bit off to me why they would limit it to such a small number.

I found it at a pin shop in Epcot, it seemed out of place and was the last one. However, I did not know this existed. I'm usually up-to-date on all of disney's merchandise but never seen/heard of this.

It is left over from the Epcot Pin Event in early September. It did not sell out at the event, so it became available to the public.
