I have a few questions regarding Epcot Ceremonies.
Where did you guys go to be seperated before the wedding. Where did you freshen up. Where were you "hidden" until the reveal to your guests? I am just curious!
Hi everyone!! It's been so long since I've been on this board... We had to change the date of our wedding from Sept. 06 to December 11, 2006... I decided last minute to go back to school to get my degree... I will be graduating in August 06. Anyway, we are looking to have our ceremony in Epcot World Showcase as well and would be interested in any info anyone has.. thanks.
I watched the video from STVS of someone's wedding at epcot (at the Italy Isola too - it was like watching a preview of my own wedding lol).. anyway, it looked like they had seperate places to stay until before the ceremony. Not get dressed, but just to stay out of the sun. I'm not sure where it was at, maybe somewhere in the Italy pavilion. They sstayed hidden from each other until the ceremony. She had a limo, so the limo drove her straight from her "hiding spot" to the bridge at the Isola.
That's what it looked like, won't be able to vouch for it until the end of april
We were thinking about the Isola in Italy... actually, I've been the one thinking about it... he hasn't been doing much thinking... But, we were told my our SM that we could go look at the countries while we're visiting for Christmas... it would be easier that way... and she also said we can pretty much do anything we want for the ceremony as far as location goes... they are VERY flexible with where the ceremony is going to be held. I was wondering where I would be because it is VERY important to us to not see each other the day of the wedding, which, quite honestly, shouldn't be too hard since we will be up so ridiculously early in the morning. But, I've been waiting a long time for this and so what's waking up before the sun one day out of the year? If anyone knows any info about where the bride and groom hang out before the wedding, I'd love to know... is it different in each country? thanks.
