Epcot bridal portrait question...

We are starting to get everything booked for next May, and as much as we would love to do a MK portrait session I'm worried about about my DH2B waking up so early and possibly having a seizure. I'm hoping maybe the Epcot sessions are booked later since the showcases don't open as early... anyone know?

I believe that the epcot bridal session is at 6 45. They also have a resort photo session which i belive can be done whenever. We did a Hm session at epcot- you can't wear your bridal attire but it can be booked as late as 10 am in the world showcase so you still get to be in the park by yourself.

I didn't even know you could have a bridal portrait session at Epcot!! That's so cool!!! I might want to do that instead of the MK photo shoot... is it the same price? Same idea as the MK photo shoot? Where did you find out about this? Thanks so much!!

I think it's pretty much the same deal as a MK shoot- you get picked up and taken to the park before it opens and you wear your bridal attire. It's a little cheaper though. It was 500 when they sent us our planning stuff, but i know that the MK shoot has gone up since then, so it might be a little more. Not sure about the locations in the park though- don't know if they just do the World Showcase or if they also do Future World (our Hm session was just in the WS), haven't heard from anyone who's actually done the bridal session.

You still do it really early, we were finished and back in our room by 10:00. I wonder if they would do a late evening one for you guys? You might tell them your circumstances and they may work with you.

Thank you for the suggestion and the pictures, they are beautiful! I will definitely see if they are willing to work with us on having a later photo shoot.

Once upon a time after my first DFTW, we had a seperate MK photo shoot scheduled for two weeks after the wedding. Had to redress, there was hair, makeup, the whole 9 just for pics. Then, to top it all off, they had a last minute addition of MK early hours opening that day and we were not told until we arrived AT the MK. We were only given 15 mins to shoot and get out. SO dissappointing after dropping serious additional $$ just for those shots! SO, they took us over to Epcot after leaving MK to do a whole shoot there. That was awesome and very nicely done.

Point: Epcot starts later, gives you more, and there are less worries about "early admissions" being suddenly sprung on you to ruin the whole deal. Something to think about.
