Still planning our days out a bit. On the day we are at Epcot, I thought we could leave around 3 or 4 to go to Blizzard Beach and then go back to the Boardwalk to eat dinner at the ESPN Cafe and then back to Epcot for Illuminations. Would the BB be at its capcity at that time? And also what would be the best way to get to BB. I would like go to Boardwalk and then hop bus to BB..Is this correct? Also are way crazy to try and do all this in one day? Thanks.. :flower:

you may want to check the closing time for BB 'cause the water parks tend to close earlier than the theme parks... if you don't get there 'til 4pm you may not have more than a few hours... which depending on what time of year and how much you want to do there, may or may not be enough...

another plan of action might be to get to BB first thing as they open and then head over to epcot when you're done...

I agree with gigi1313- check hours for BB. It sometimes closes as early as 5 pm. I'd probably suggest hitting BB first thing in the AM, then doing Epcot in the afternoon. It will be lots easier (and less time-consuming) to exit Epcot for dinner at the Boardwalk then return for Illuminations than it would to get from BB to BW, then back to Epcot IMO.

This fall, we are planning to do TL and MGM on the same day- TL in the AM, then MGM in the afternoon and evening for EMH hours. It absolutely can be done- just don't spend all your time commuting.

another thought... when we visited blizzard beach we first went to a character breakfast at 1900 park fair at the grand floridian and took the bus from there to the water park... because the water parks don't open as early as the parks, it was easy to have a nice breakfast before heading out (and we had our bathing suits under our clothes!)... it was an easy way to accomplish a lot in a single day w/out feeling too overwhelmed...

Thanks for the responses. I have checked the time of closing and for the end of June it is 7:30. That is why I thought I would have a good 3 to 4 hours there and still have time to go back to Epcot for Illuminations.

I have also thought of going to the BB first and then Epcot, but the day we are choosing for Epcot is EMH. I thought it would be easier to do Test Track and then head over to Soarin and ride that without much of a wait. I am still throwing ideas around.

Thanks again. :)

Also keep in mind that both water parks will close if threatening weather arises. This happens quite often in the summer. You may want to reverse your plan. Go to BB first, then head to Epcot. This way you would not have to worry about the weather or the park closing.

how 'bout getting a fastpass for those test track when you get to epcot, do a few things, ride, and then get fastpass for soarin', have dinner and go back to ride it...
