Epcot-bibbidi bobbidi boutique-akershus dinner

Hello. I'm new to these boards. We have a trip planned for sept 24-28 with our two girls (4 and 8). On thurs, sept 25, which is my daughter's 5th birthday, we are trying to figure out if this day plan will work, especially trying to figure out the transportation piece. We are staying at GF and will not have a car. So far, we have: Epcot in the day, with FP for Soarin at 10:55am, Character Meet and greet at 1:10 and Nemo at 2:20pm then reservations for both girls at BBB in DD starting at 4:15pm, then ADR at Akershus at 7:55pm. Any feedback on this plan? Are we allowing enough time to get from place to place? Are we waiting too much time with travel?

My thoughts:
First plan: Start Epcot later in the day. I just would not do rope drop with a full day planned and a late dinner reservation. Your Soarin FP is good from 10:55-11:55. You also don't need to FP Nemo. You will be able to walk right on that ride. We also had a short wait at the Character Spot, FP not needed. So, you guys could sleep in a little bit, and get to Epcot about 11:15 and go from there. Have a nice relaxing lunch at World Showcase in the shade. Cab it over to DTD and back to EPCOT for dinner.

2nd plan: Get there at rope drop- ride Nemo and whatever else you want to ride. Do your Soarin FP. Get it all done by noon or 1pm. It can be done- I have done Epcot from 9-1 several times. Then go back to the hotel and rest. Catch a cab to DTD, do the BBB, then cab it to EPCOT for your late dinner.

You do not need to put on nice clothes for Akershus. It is going to be hot, humid, and maybe rainy. You will have to walk through Future World to get to Norway. I understand wanting to look nice, I really do, but 99% of diners will be in their park clothes. It's very casual.

It is your daughter's birthday.... my two cents is that BBB and the princess dinner are the highlights and everything should be planned around those two events and how to make them go as smoothly as possible. IF your kids are really into princesses, dressup etc etc
