Epcot area/shuttles/accomodations

We are heading up to Orlando from our vacation home in Boca in mid April. We plan to stay 3 nights and do 2 days at the parks - probably both days at MK. My parents are with us on this trip and plan to do their two days at Epcot. We are looking for a reasonably priced 2 Bedroom/Suite that is close to Epcot or has a shuttle to Epcot, as we will be taking car to get to MK for rope drop and they need transportation to Epcot. We looked at some of the condos, but since we are only there for 3 nights many of them charged a $$$$ cleaning fee. Any thoughts? recommendations? Also, would love pool area/fun for my 3 and 5 year old boys. Thanks!

you are staying less than a week - so expect a cleaning charge at all condo/timeshares.
