Epcot American Pavilion burger?

I can't find the QS restaurant from Epcot's American Pavilion on the Mobile Ordering. We are heading to Epcot now and I'm trying to order dinner for 2 of the members of my party who wanted their burgers and hot dogs. Has it closed?

No. I see it as available for mobile order. Regal Eagle Smokehouse. I’m not sure if a plain burger is on the menu, though.

It has been replaced with the Regal Eagle Smokehouse, which is a barbecue restaurant serving things like pulled pork and brisket.
