Can anyone comment on Alfredos in Epcot. I noticed on the menu published in allearsnet that they do not list desserts - do they offer them?

Thank you!

We have always enjoyed Alfredo's. The service has always been great and so has the food. The desserts are always different i think. each time I have been they show me a tray. They have always had some sort of mousse though. DD got a little deal that looked like a ladybug that was made of cake and strawberry mousse. One time they had a dark chocolate Spaceship earth that opened up to reveal mousse. It was like $15 but it was very impressive and oh so good.

I did not enjoy the only visit we have made to Alfredo's and will not be back. The food was not good, the service was bad and the the way the tables were crammed together was the worst!

Oh gosh yes! They have a dessert tray. Some items are always on there (cannolis, cheesecake, etc.) and sometimes there are different things. We once had a dessert tht was entirely fantastic (a type of cream puff thing, and I don't usually eat those), but we haven't seen it since.

my husband & i always enjoy alfredos, especially the home fetticine alfredo yummy & yes they serve many desserts like cannoli, tiramisu, they have a great little sampler you can get for dessert thats what we typically get.

I don't see how you could not like this restaurant. The food and service are great. As for the desserts, they do offer a wide variety. I would suggest the sampler and a Limoncello.

what self-respecting disney restaurant would not serve dessert?

that being said, i would heartily NOT recommend alfredo's.

i don't know where you're from, but chances are a non-chain italian restaurant in your home area will have far superior food than alfredo's.

i'm in the nyc metro area where there are lots of great italian restaurants - we've tried disney's version of italian food and feel it just can't compare.

remember, this is just my personal opinion.

Put me down in the "alfredo's is decent" column. Its pretty good. Depending where you live I suppose, you can do much better at home for italian places. Buts its pretty good. It also a nice atmosphere. The desert tray by the way is a highlight in my book.

I loved Alfredos when we were there last year. We added an extra day to our next trip (with family ... they picked all the restaurants) and I gladly added a dinner at Alfredos on our last night. I recall getting some kind of sampler. It was just OK.

I was so disappointed with Alfredos. We're not picky either, just like pasta, but the alfredo was awful. The service was great, and the atmosphere ok, but the food was terrible. Sorry, i would select another epcot restaurant, wish we did.

Alfredo's= our favorite WDW restaurant of all time. We've been going since Epcot opened. The fettucine alfredo is outstanding. :)

The Alfredo was horrible?? I have to disagree strongly.

It's the BEST Alfredo I have ever had!

Do you know the recipie? ....

Parmesan Reggiano + Butter

That is it and that is how it's supposed to be made.

I have a feeling that people who don't like it are used to the cream filled
verisions of Alfredo chain places like Olive Garden serve.

You cannot go wrong with the Alfredo. I cannot comment on anything else as that is why we go there!

Service is always some of the best we ever have.

I don't remember having room for dessert! LOL ... with the DDP though we will share and get dessert!

Looking foward to taking my niece there in October!

I have to disagree with this and agree with courtbuddiz. The problem wasn't the sauce it was that it tasted as those it had sat in a vat overnight and was heated up the next day or that it sat under a heat lamp for hours.

It was a lump that was nearly ineddible.

I agree, Alfredo's is great. We went for the first time this year and had a great meal. Had lots of desserts to choose from. We had chocolate mousse and it was great here is my very excited son when it arrived on the table:
