Epcot After 4 Questions

Okay, so we are highly considering purchasing Epcot After 4 passes next year. Epcot is our favorite resort and I like the idea of sleeping in, going to pool, and then going to the park once the sun is going down. We will also use it on a summer trip, in October, and again the following March so we would get our money's worth.

So no the questions ;)

I will still be able to book FP+, correct?

To do the payment plan, do you have to get it done in person? If so, does that mean I would have to wait until I get to Disney to book my fast passes?

And if that is the case, do I still have a shot at booking Soarin' or Test Track? I know they are tiered but I want to know if there is usually availability a few days out (when I would purchase the tix in person). I know at MK there are a few rides that run out of FP+ 60 days out, that's why I'm asking.

TIA for your help!

Not sure if that is some special deal or something, but our past trip in october, we had a 'day off" from the parks...well just the "day"...and got to Epcot around 5pm. It was great. We did book 3 FPs including one for Test Track, and booked it online the night before as thie Epcot night was a last minute thing. I didn't notice the stand by for Soarin as we had another Epcot day (so got a FP for then) but the FPs for our two other ridses were useless anyways as the lines were so short. Then in the evening you can see Illuminations.

So from our experience, it was perfect coming later in the day / early evening.

Frozen2014, the OP is referring to an annual pass for Florida residents which grants access to Epcot only after 4pm. Lots of locals are interested in this AP because of all the nice dinner options in Epcot! :)

OP, I tried looking but couldn't find an answer to your question about FP+. I believe it would work the same as any AP.

If you're a Florida resident (which you have to be in order to purchase the Epcot pass) then you can do the payment plan online. You still have to make the $100 down payment up front and then the payments would be about $8 per month after that.

Thanks for the help guys! I didn't know you could do the payment plan online, it's been a few years since I had an AP, so I was a little unsure.

Glad to hear that I won't have too much trouble with FP+ even if I wait for the last minute ;)
