Is there still such a thing? We are going down for a conference and I have a friend who isn't an AP holder who would love to go but it will be in the evening when she could attend..

Yes, this pass is still available. I believe it is around $120. Epcot after 4 Pass

Also if he is going to a convention usually the convention will have the after 4 tickets for sale. There isn't much of a cost savings over a regular day ticket.

Conventions often have an after 2 pm ticket available. It is a non-hopping ticket that will only save you about $10-15 dollars off the full day price.
