what is the best way to get from HS to EP?

If you're in WS and ease/comfort is your goal, boat.

If you're near the front, bus.

(I'm too cheap to taxi/Uber, but of course from FW that would be an option, too.)

You can also buy Express Transportation, and get on an Express bus by Rockin Roller Coaster and get dropped off by Spaceship Earth, without having to go back through security. The Express busses leave at scheduled time, every 30 minutes.

I prefer to walk. Most of of the time we have Resort Mugs so we get refills at Boardwalk Bakery.

Tried the boat twice, time I'll never get back. We walk, pleasant and easy. We've sometimes stopped at Boardwalk for slice of pizza, reasonable.

But if goal is Future World bus may mean less walking.

I think it's about a mile, maybe a little more. Takes me about 15 minutes to walk. It's a pleasant walk though.

Thank you...trying to decide if it's worth walking over to try for characterpalooza... Never made the walk is there signs to help???

There are a few little signs once you are closer to Hollywood Studios..

The best way is to walk out the International Gateway and take the bridge to Boardwalk. It is the resort on the left as enter the resort area. Stay on the Boardwalk side and follow the sidewalk down to Hollywood Studios. You can save a few steps by taking the shortcut past the main pool, but that might be hard for you to find. It is about a 20 - 25 minute walk to DHS. It is usually faster than the boat.

I enjoy the walk. DS15 not so much. He thought it was torture. Then again, he's a teenager and everything is torture for him.

Every time this question is asked, OPs say to walk, but I say save your feet for the parks.

It's a long walk with little to no shade and no place to comfortably take a break.

The boat ride is scenic and relaxing with a pleasant breeze.

Yes but if you're already in World Showcase, it's a decent walk and would take longer to get to the buses then wait to ride to HS
