DS has numerous environmental allergies as well, although they are to pollens, weeds, dust, molds etc. We don't know which one trigger's his stongest reaction which is full body swelling, it is really scary. We carry benedryl and an epi pen with us everywhere. When we go to amusement parks I give him benadryl on a regular schedule to help.
From what I can remember from previous trips about fuel smells, I will tell you that the bus stations at the parks are very strong smelling, especially when the park closes. The resort ones aren't as bad, unless you get a couple of buses at the same time.
At MK, I think there is a smell over at the tomarrowland speedways, the cars that you drive on the track. It is mostly at the station where you get on. I think the train is a steam engine, but I am not sure on that. POTC has a musty smell. I can't remember if there is a smell at Jungle cruise or not.
At epcot, reflections of earth which takes place in the center of World Showcase uses flames in the beginning and end of the show. That may be an issue for you.
At DHS, the Indiana jones stunt show has fire effects ,and the lights, motor, action stunt show definately has fuel smells. The backstage tour has a bus, and a special effects area with a fire affect as well. Fantasmic probably does as well, they have a fire affect on top of the water that probably would have a smell.
At AK, the safari ride loading station probably has a smell as well. Then on the kali river rapids, I think there are some fumes there too.
I hope this helps. You can also call Disney and request a guide for guests with disabilities and it may list the smells as well. It would be worth a try, and you could bring it along with you.
