Entry for Illuminations

Does anyone who's gone lately know if they r letting ppl into Epcot (like they used to) @ 9pm to view Illuminations? We'll be getting in late...but my bro has never seen it. And we'd hate to waste a ticket on that.

They charge all night. No free entrance to see Illuminations.
