Entree Options for Fantasmic Dinner Package

I previously posted this in the Fantasmic Dinner Package sticky, but I thought it might get a response with its own thread:

I'm sure this has been covered ad nauseum, but here goes:

1.) If one purchases the Fantasmic package at Brown Derby, can you order any entree on the menu, or is it a limited menu? I ask because my wife is a vegetarian, and needs to order the vegetarian entree...

2.) If one is on the dining plan, but paying for Fantasmic Dinner Package at Brown Derby OOP, is gratuity still covered by the package, or do you need to add tip to the $37/per?

We did the Fantasmic package at Brown Derby in April. We were presented with the entire menu and told we could order any item on it. The dinner was fantastic! I cant remember about the tip, though, but I dont think it is included.

1. The entire menu is open for selection with no restrictions (other than you only get one appetizer, entree, and dessert per person--darn! ).
2. Gratuity is NOT covered by the FDP, so it, too, must come OOP.
For what it's worth, we enjoy using the FDP at Brown Derby. The food is good and the no wait approach to getting seats at the show serves us well.

Here is my review, it is actually a good deal, although maybe not when ordering vegetarian. I ordered the most expensive thing "steak."

Have fun, it is a great restaurant.
