Entrance time for Night of Joy

Will be in the parks the weekend of Night of Joy. Not going but wondering if those with tickets to NOJ are allowed in early like the X mas party? Just trying to plan my days!

Yes, I believe they can start entering at 4pm.

They are allowed in at 4 PM. Visiting MK in the morning is great with most rides being a walkon. Crowds build quickly after 4 PM so if you have park hoppers I would head to another park after lunch or by about 2:30 PM, this is to avoid the crowd waiting to get in just before 4.

We are planning to attend NOJ but haven't bought tickets yet. I've seen little (positive) info / reviews of the event. Has anyone been? I'm wondering if we should skip the tix and just go to the pool... I'm not much on unmanageable crowds or throngs of badly behaved / unchaperoned teens / young adults. I know the kids from our youth group are good kids but I'm reading quite a bit of negativity on the few reviews I have found...
