Entertainment rates - how early can you book?

DH and I are thinking about going to US in May 2004... I keep reading about the great entertainment rates and was wondering when they were "released".... If we were going in May would they be available if I called in January? Thanks

I would think you would be able to book at Entertainment rate in January for a stay in May, but I'm not positive. I booked our stay in November just a couple weeks ago at the Ent. rate at the RPR, but I was told that Ent. rates were not available for either HRH or RBH. I think they release more the closer it gets to those dates. You could always reserve a cancellable back-up if the resort you want isn't available in Jan. just so you're sure to have an onsite room.

I booked my April 5-12 trip on January 26, and they had just released ent rates for those dates. I had a previous ressie at the full price for a backup which I just had them change to the ent rate. I had called them a number of times in Jan. with the last time less than a week before the 26th and they were not available then. Just my experience.
