I just made my reservations for 2 rooms in December 0f 2003-They told me that I would have to have a different card for each room?? This is for my immediate family only-I don't understand why I would have to have 2 cards??

If both reservations are under the EC holders name, all you should need is one card. If you have a different name on each reservation you will most likely need two cards.

pnelson,

This subject came up yesterday also. I got out my book and sure enough it states,"Only one room can be discounted per membership card and card is non transferable".

I know I have read quite a few posts where people booked more than one room for family in same name and only needed to show one card.
The hotel may or may not enforce this when you check in. It seems to vary greatly. Some look at the card some dont. I would rather be safe than sorry. If you straighten it out prior to heading there get it in writing!

Good Luck:)

Yesterday, I reserved 3 rooms using the entertainment rate. I was told that I needed an entertainment card for each room (which I have). She said I needed to bring them at check in.
