quick question. when booking a room at a universal hotel with the entertainment card, do you have to pay up front (over the phone), or when you get there? Can you cancel reservations; is there a fee? thanks much

If using a CC they will charge a one night deposit, the balance to be paid in full at the hotel. You can cancel within 5 nights of your stay w/o a fee.

Just did it two days ago - Jessica is right. They said we would need to have the card at check in.
