has anyone ordered these successfully since last weekend? I keep trying and can not get on to their site but no error comes up just a blank page...I want the $10 off and free shipping before it's over!

I ordered mine three weeks ago and not received anything. I've also written several emails and no replies. The site has been down for over a week now maybe two. Not sure what the problem is, but they managed to take my money ok !!

I had ordered mine about a month ago. Today I received an e-mail from them stating they were now charging my credit card and shipping the book. At least they did not charge the card until shipment; I should get the book within a few days.
