Entertainment books??

Has anyone used the entertainment books for discounts in orlando?? I have read that they are selling for $10 now but not sure if it is worth it. I am not sure of the discounts available. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks Ann

I remember reading that the Orlando Entertainment books are all sold out now.

The 2003 books are usually available in Sept.

The 2002 Orlando books have been sold out for a couple months.

All other available 2002 books are now selling for $10 each until July 31.

On August 1st, the 2003 books will become available.

You can also buy next years book now and get the 2002 book for the same location free. (Won't work for Orlando as it is sold out)

I bought the Space Coast/Melbourne, FL book which is still available , as it has quite a few restaurant coupons which can be used in Orlando as well (IHOP, Duffy's, 7-11, Circle K, Waffle House, Blimpie, Sobiks, Popeye's, Pirate's Dinner adventure, 5th & Diner, etc, etc.)

Ijust bought the Orlando 2002 book off the Entertainment website. It didn't state anything about it being sold out. I'll let you know if I get the 2002 one. But, I bought it for $10

I just used the link to try and buy an Orlando 2003 entertainment book ($10 off plus last years book free with free shipping and handling) but when I went to check out, it still came up as the normal price. when I tryed to buy my local entertanment book ang get 2002 free, it came up at the chek out as $10 for 2002 and $40 for 2003 plus $5 each item s&h.There was a place on the chek out process that asked for a discount code. but I did not see one anywhere. Is there a discount code or am I missing something.

Their website is saying sold out. I've tried to purchase it from their website several times this year and it's said sold out every time. I finally found one through E-bay.

Hmmm...when I clicked on that link early this afternoon - I saved $5 off the 2003 Dallas book and got free shipping. I could've ordered another local book (central IL) for $10 plus free shipping, but decided not to. My area will NOT get an Entertainment book in 2003!

I got a blank page when I clicked on the link now (8 p.m. central time).

I got my 2002 Orlando book the other day. I did buy it off the entertainment.com site. They charged me $5 for shipping and I got the book free since I ok'd it to buy the 2003 book when it comes out.

The Orlando book has been sold out since May. They had the $5 no shipping deal and they flew! Alot of people paid more and when that deal hit, ordered the $5 books and returned the $15 books. This may be why they have a few available periodically. 99% of the time you log onto Entertainment.com you will see the 2002 book is sold out.
As with the $5 deal, it seems affiliates can combine offers on these books not authorized by Entertainment.com so when they get wind of it, they shut it down.
I ordered several at $5 and a few days later people were receiving emails from ent. that the site was combining the free shipping and the discounts illegally.
I checked travelcoupon site also to no avail on the discount.

Yep - they must've pulled that "discount" in a hurry! I finally got the link to work, but there are NO discounts on the 2003 books, and the regular $5/book shipping applies. Guess I was lucky when I placed my order.

I just looked at my 2002 Orlando Entertainment Book and the coupons all state: "Valid now thru November 1, 2002". So if you're only going to be there in October the 2002 would work. You can also use the 2003 coupons then, too, I believe, since the "now" on the coupon correlates to when you've actually got it in your hand, so either book would be fine.

Does anyone have a 2002 book that they are through with for the year? I got the great $5 deal earlier this spring, but what happened? I lost it! I have torn my house and car apart and it is nowhere to be found.

For those who ordered the '02 book and registered their '02 book at the Entertainent website...you will be able to order any '03 book for $5 off + free shipping. This is a great savings this early in the year. Normally you will not see any discounts on these books until January at the earliest. You can also combine your '03 order with an order for some of the $10 books from this year and still get free shipping.
