We're heading to Aulani in August and I noticed the Entertainment Book for 2015 is 50% off and free shipping. I'm wondering if the book is worth it for any savings in Oahu/Honolulu.

:confused3

It depends. You can look on their website for some of the discounts I believe. I have access to the same discounts through one of my other timeshares but sometimes they put things in the book that are not other places. For HI that would include the discount for the Paradise Cove Luau. IMO it only makes sense to buy the book if you have something that will automatically make it worthwhile. Besides the luau discounts, there's a BOGOF for the Polynesian cultural center which can be used toward packages as well.

How many persons can take advantage of the bogof? We're family of four wanting to go to Polynesian Center. Do we need two books?

You'll need 2 coupons. A lot of companies and other memberships give access to the coupons. I have one option for access currently but when I had the II Gold membership (for free guest certificates), that gave me access as well. I believe anyone that has such access is restricted to 50 premium coupon's per year, usually only one of a given coupon and they must be used within 14 days of selecting them. You could do it with 2 books or one book and find someone who could get you the coupon. I did go look and the online for me gives one coupon that can be printed and one additional one that can be used directly from the App. While I haven't bought a book in a long time, I believe those who get the book get access to the online and the app as well. I wonder if that would give one enough to do two BOGOF to cover 4 people for one book purchase, you could always email or call and ask them. It's a max of $40 per but if you do a package you can take the coupon to guest services when you get there and get a refund even if you have a package. Our last trip we did a package and got the discount and by doing it ahead of time were able to select our seats. I've found the PCC people VERY helpful and easy to work with by email and phone over the years.
