ANyone use entertainment book coupons for hotels in Universal Area? Was checking on Holiday Inn site and it has an Entertainment Card rate available at some of their hotels in the area. Is this the coupon from the Orlando Entertainment book?

How do you get the card? Does it come with the coupon book?

Yes, its in the front of the book. Then you go online to register your card.

I read in the book, Universal Orlando 2006 by Kelly Monaghan, that you can use the entertainment card to get 50% off the rack rate at the Unioversal hotels. The website for purchasing the card does not metion Loews Hotels, nor does the hotel's website mention the card. Does anyone know in fact if they accept the card and what the details about getting the discount are?

if you are registered and go to the ent site, you will see rph on the list.
but, it is at rack rate which is ridiculous/ and high (no discount)


the three on site hotels pulled out of the ent promo year before last.
they no longer needed ent company for filling up their rooms.

the last time those hotels accepted the ent rate was in 2004.
i used to use the ent card for the discount. switched over to AAA for discounts for the hotels
