Entertainment book question

I mostly want this for the room discounts at HoJo's.. are there any other notable discounts when it comes to Disneyland? I never eat off property during my Disney vacations, so off property discounts pretty much wouldn't apply to me.

That brings me to my 2nd question.. if there are no discounts that would be good for me, other than HoJo's, do I need to buy the Orange County book, or can I get one for the area I live and still get the discounted room rate for my vacation?

Buy the book for your area and use those discounts.

You don't need to buy the book for Anaheim just the one for your home town/area; the major company discounts and coupons work nationwide.

And the answer to your question about being able to use it for anything else around DL is "no".

I am rather disgusted with my purchase of this book at this point, because every business that has a coupon in it (that I've found so far) except McDonald's does not include the locations that are near DL; Subway, Wetzel's Pretzels in particular.

I also didn't end up using it for the Hojo's discount.

yep, the other posters are right. Your local entertainment coupon book will still have the hojo's anaheim coupon discount but then you'll be able to get discounts on stuff in your area as well.
