entertainment book ppl screwed up and now I'm screwed

I hope I can say screwed in my title Anyways, so dh and I leave in like two weeks for our trip, yay. And already the drama is beginning. We just realised we didn't have our entertainment books and we have the entertainment rate at hojo's for 10 days. We're saving like 200-300$ not small pennies so we can't afford to not have the book. Anyways so we call the entertainment ppl and they screwed up! They got confused becaues we're in scotland and didn't know how to send international mail and they didn't even phone us to tell us. So here it is 2 weeks before we have to leave and we don't ahve a book, they offered to send another one but they can't send it express because that's not their policy so we won't get the book in time if they send another one. So we're scrambling to figure out how to get this card. Any ideas?
We thought maybe we could have them send the book to the hotel because the entertainment ppl said they can send express to the US so the hotel will get the book before we arrive but the lady at Hojo's was a cow and dh ended up hanging up on her So any ideas guys?

I just returned from the HoJo on the entertainment rate a week and a half ago, and the hotel was great and the staff were suprisingly good. I also had arranged for a package to be waiting for us, and it arrived with no problems. All you have to do is have the name on the package match your reservation and include your arrival date next to your name. When you arrive ask at reception for the package, they'll have you sign for it and you have your book!

BTW, they never asked to see mine!

Thank you guys! I have received so many helpful responses from so many of you I love the disboards I have emailed Jennifer Breland at Howard Johnson hotel and am waiting to hear back from her. After I hear what she has to say we may be looking into other options, I'll keep you posted. Looks like it will work out somehow, even if we don't get a card in the end, sounds like they don't really ask to see it anyway

When you speak to her you might ask if you received mail there at the hotel before your trip, if they would be able to hold it for you. Then, someone could mail you a card and it would be waiting for you. Or you could have the entertainment book people mail your book to the hotel.
