entertainment book home or orlando

First of all, I need to buy an entertainment book for my hotel discount. The question I have is should I buy the book from home or the orlando book? Has anyone used it, in the orlando area, for anything besides hotel discounts? Will I use it for restaurants shopping or activities?

Where do you think you will use it more? I never use the one for my city, we have a different coupon book that is a lot better.

I've had the Orlando book for 2 years in a row and we use the coupons a lot. If you go off site and want to visit some other attractions, it has pretty good deals.

I joined the Disney club last year for our trip in June and I bought the entertainment guide for Orlando. I feel that I wasted my money on the orlando guide, as the discounts I need are already included in the DC offer.

I would recommend the Orlando if you are going to be off site for the restaurant deals.

I bought the one for my area and am having a grand time trying out new restaurants in my area. I still have the card to get the discounts in the Orlando area, especially for hotels, but since I don't do alot of "off Disney" dining, it wasn't worth it to me.
