A better question might be, what are you looking for?
Normally, car rental companies offer various classes of cars at various price level -- such as economy, compact, midsize, fullsize, premium, minivan, various classes of SUVs, and sometimes specialty cars (such as convertibles). Rental companies give examples such as "midsize: Toyota Corolla or similar," but that doesn't mean you're get a Corolla if you reserve midsize; you'll just get something in a similar size (or possibly something larger if that's all they have).
In the traditional car rental model, a car will be assigned to you. If you hate what they've assigned to you, you can go back to a counter and ask for something else; usually they can then give you something else.
In some cases, such as National, you get to pick a car from several parked in a specific area. Even then, it depends on what class you reserved and whether you're an Emerald member.
Car rental companies adjust their fleets all the time. And the cars that are ready for arriving passengers, not out on the road, at any given time constantly change. If someone posts that he or she received a Mazda 6 or saw a Subaru Forester at a particular company at Orlando-Sanford, it would not mean much.
According to the official Orlando-Sanford Airport website, the airport has nine rental brands on airport property:
