Just curious if anyone has recent experiences renting at this location. Most Enterprise locations offer pick up service and I wonder if this one offers such service from Disney resorts. I am trying to decide if it's worth saving some money over Alamo (same parent company) from the CCC. TIA.
We have rented from them the last few times and had very positive experiences. They do offer Disney resort pick up and drop off. Great staff and I really like that they call you the day before to confirm that you will be keeping your reservation. We had a reservation with Dollar at The Wyndham across the street a few years ago. When we went to pick up our car, we were told........sorry, we don't have a car for you and none of our other locations have one. I asked them what good a reservation was and they just smiled. That was the last time we used Dollar and now only rent from Enterprise.
