Entering AK

Do people still enter AK through rainforest cafe? And is it effective for avoiding the crush at rope drop?

Rope drop is actually at the end of the main path near the tree of life. If that does not answer your question than no it makes no difference how you enter with the new tap styles I guess they are called it will save you no time as the are very fast to go through but plan on getting walking through at lease 15 minutes before the park opens if you want to be part of the actual rope drop.
