ENT Rate at HOJO Refund???

If I book the HOJO and the entertainment rate appears for my dates after I have booked the room, can I get credit towards the difference????

If the ent. rate appears after you have already booked, they can change the rate on your reservation to the ent. rate.

I would assume adjusting the rate will only work if you book it in house or through the HoJo's reservations and not someplace like Expedia ect. If you do it through a third party I doubt they will adjust it.

Do you think I should call the hotel directly and book, or will I be ok booking via the internet on the hotel's direct site. I can get an AAA rate for 10-20 more per nite (over the ent rate). I was thinking about waiting, but then there is the possibility that I might not get a room. I should have booked last week when the rates were showing - I guess the early bird gets the worm But, i did not have my airfare or dates booked. Now I have airfare so i can get started June 20th woo hoo

Call the hotel directly, Mon-Fri, 9-5 pacific time. Talk to In House. It's well worth it to book directly, because you can always guarantee the better rate. I would book at the AAA rate or at the Disboards rate (15% off), whichever is better... and hope that your dates show up for the Entertainment rate as it gets closer.

Jennifer and Lorealle at In House reservations are awesome-- so helpful-- and will really try to get you the best rate and room possible!

I would go ahead and book, You don't have to put any money down upfront so if plans change you have up until 48 hrs before your reservation to change it without a charge.

I am booked through their website for July 31-Aug 6 and I have the DIS rate and if the ENT rate comes up I will email the hotel and ask for that rate. I already emailed someone there and they were very friendly and got back to me very quickly.

thanks everyone. I will call on Monday. Hey, which type of room would you reccomend for a family of 5? We will nee a cot. I was thinking pool view??? but do they have some rooms that are larger than others?

I know that inhouse reservations has saturday hours. I can never remember if they also have Sunday hours, but you might want to give them a call today just to check.
