Enforcing naps for older kids

My 11 year old hadn't napped since she was 3. We started going to Disney when she was 4. We are a rope drop to fireworks family, always have been. We take breaks in the park, like sitting and watching a show or grabbing an ice cream and relaxing a bit, but a trip back to the resort just seems like a colossal waste of time for us. We are typically there in November and Feburary. The one summer trip we took, we did a few mid day swim breaks.
