I'm sitting down doing my taxes and...I have the interest statement from DVC, but don't recall getting anything with real estate tax breakdown. Has anyone else?

I'm pretty sure it's broken out on your dues bill.

You should have gotten a bill for your annual dues around the end of December. On this bill, it breaks out the portion of your maintenance fees that went to real estate taxes.

Actually, it breaks it out twice - you get the estimate for 2001, and the actual amount you paid for 2000.

You know...I thought that was it. I did get the dues bill and because it's automatic withdrawal, I put it away somewhere and haven't a clue as to where that somewhere is! Oh well...thanks!

You can call MS and one of the "menu" choices is Member Accounting. I'm sure they can provide the information you need. Good Luck!
