end of month at opt-in pays & links

now that its the end of the month at these two programs is it true they pay at the end of the month no matter what you have in your account? Also is the money deposited in paypal or do they send you a check?

any help on these 2 programs would be helpful

They are very reliable. Usually around the middle of the month you will get your payment. It is deposited into paypal. Even if you only have .01 you will be paid.
