The train will take you a bit out of the way (the Fantasyland station is back by the Silly Sideshow and PFTH is right behind the castle.) Honestly, I've done Rope drop several times since A & E moved to MK and it is not that bad. People now also have to follow a CM with a rope and they get routed around the carrousel to get in line for Anna and Elsa standby. I assume your daughter's FP is for 9:00-10:00Am? If so, she would have until 10:15 to use it, so if she waits at least til 9:30 the opening crowd will have had a chance to get in place in the standby and the line will then be all within the queue and quite orderly. The FP+ entrance is off to the side and it has been a walk on with no wait in the mornings with FP+. Just enter the park normally, take some time going down Main Street or possibly even stop and do a few rides or characters (Merida, Ariel perhaps) before her FP+ for A & E time, and take advantage of the lower crowds in the morning. Don't worry about being amidst a mob scene.
