End of april early may

As iv had to cancel two trips this year and virgin have offered a full refund or change of dates with no charges due to circumstances .I have provisionally booked DVC for 21/04 -03/05/13. Having never been this time I just wondered what the weather and crowds were like.
Easter is early this year in march so at least it wont be horrendously busy.
Any info would be great
Flights m+m are £528 for this time so not too bad.

Good for you I'm so glad you managed to get something rebooked and good for VA doing the "right" thing

I don't know about the crowd level but I would assume the weather will be just about perfect. We normally go Easter time so any time between late March to late April and the weather is lovely, shorts and tees during the day with just a light cardy needed sometimes in the evening

As above, Alyson - we've done Easter and been out there until the end of April and honestly, that is our chosen time for our next trip. It's by far the nicest time of the year to go weather-wise. Evenings were a bit cooler than September/October and I did need a light cardi on by mid to late evening, but it's lovely and warm enough for pool time and waterparks.

The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival is on and the park is absolutely gorgeous

We found crowd levels to drop significantly a week or so after Easter and were more than manageable.

I'm so pleased you have managed to reschedule your trip to give you and your daughter the time you need beforehand. xxx

We went first week of May this year - weather was fantastic really hot and sunny. Parks were busier than Oct but not overly busy. Flower and garden festival at epcot was stunning.

Hiya

Its our favourite time to go. Weather is excellent - mid 90s every day and super sunny. In the last four years I don't remember it raining during the holiday.

Crowd levels are good too....we were there in July and it seemed way busier than April/May.
