I want to collect things like these for my own Tiki Room. Doesn't have to be these 3, thats just what I found online so far

You may want to contact the Art of Disney at WDW to see if they carry those.

Kevin & Jody have created many items representing the Tiki room over the years. Your best bet to find them would be ebay. Most of the items they created were for the Tiki's 45th anniversary last year and Disneyland's 50th Anniversary 5 years ago. If you go to their flicker account the link is posted below it will indicate when the piece was created. Also here's a great website as well that is all about Tiki!
