Do you know what this is or what was it made for??? It is made of heavy metal and has a colored enamel coat on top. Apparently, it made by Ferro Enameling Company. The reverse side has raised lettering: FERRO PORCELAIN / OAKLAND CALIF and also has a V (or arrow)
Size: 2 ½ high & 1 ¼ deep
It looks somewhat like a Disney witch's face. From the side, the nose is long and crooked.
