Meyer Werft has not given a specific reason why the conveyance has been advanced. According to the new schedule the Disney Fantasy will arrive in the Dutch harbour of Eemshaven around 3:30 am on Saturday morning. There the ship will be stocked up and taken out for it's first sea trials.
Of course the passage of the river Ems is depending on weather and tidal conditions.
The delivery of the Fantasy to DCL is still scheduled for February 9, 2012 and will take place in Bremerhaven in Germany.
