Does a stroller mean you have to go to bag check? I've been hearing nightmare reports of super-long bag check lines, so have planned around not having a bag, but we might need to bring a stroller. It is a small umbrella style and will be empty.

They will look under the stroller, so you need to go thru the bag check line.

As long as there's no bags or looks like stuff could be hidden, they'll do a quick peek and let you through without going to the bag line

Sounds like this is inconsistent. We are not doing rope drop, so hopeful that the bag check line will not be outrageous.

We always went through the "without bags" entrance with our stroller. They ask to look under the stroller and that's it. An umbrella stroller wouldn't be an issue.

I have never been redirected to the bag check line.

Honestly the bag check lines are not that bad IMHO so if you need/want to bring a bag just do it. We always have 2/3 people in our party with a bag and 2/3 without and we never wait very long for those with bags.

If you can fold the stroller and all walk through the no bag line you will be fine, if the child needs to be in the stroller you will probably have to go through the bag check line. Also - this can vary day by day park by park :) so there is really no single correct response!

We have always gone through no bags line with an empty stroller ( no packages or bags underneath). It's always been open and in use with a child.
