Empanadas at Fairfax Faire

Has anyone had these? Are they good? Do you remember if they are they shredded beef or ground beef? Thank you.

I have not had them but there is a review on easywdw. I'm a big empanada fan and these didn't look to good. Kind of pale and doughy.
