EMM question at HS

Does anyone know how early Disney will let you ride other rides after EMM? I’m hoping to jump on Star Wars quickly before heading out at 9:00 to go to MK.

I would expect a complete overhaul of EMM when SW opens. And I also would expect them to soft open a little early every day. Or a lot early.

No, I’m just talking about the current Star Wars ride. We will be there this Wed.

The current Star Wars ride is Star Tours.

I think you mean Star Tours. You could head that direction a little before 9 (not sure where you’ll be held) as others have reported being able to rope drop rides like RnR and ToT after leaving EMM and typically leave TSL around 8:45.

I have been checking wait times after the EMM at toy story land to plan my visit. Star Tours usually had about a 10 min wait right after toy story hour ended

People report leaving TSL at 8:45 to beat the rush to ToT and RnRC. But, for those that head to Star Tours after EMM, they generally stay at TSL until the rope drop crowd arrives at little after 8:45 (getting 1-2 more rides than the sunset blvd rope droppers) before heading to Star Tours.

For star tours, you don't need to beat the rope drop crowd. It'll be walk on for a little while.
