EMM in April

So we are doing EMM in April and I'm lost. The last time i was at Disney world was when i did the college program in 2001. So it's been a while. We are staying at POP with my family (me,wife, 5,4 & 1 year old) and my parents. We will have a car but my question is: what would be quicker, driving, taking the bus, or taking a couple ubers to contemporary and walking? What's the best option?

Ubers will be fastest and most expensive.
Disney bus will be next-fastest and free.
