EMM effects on morning crowds

Saw when EMM started it didn't have much an effect on MK morning crowds for those not taking part. Is that still the case? Helping friends plan a park trip and they were planning on MK on an EMM day and wanted to be sure that it shouldn't have too much effect.

(How is trying to hit 7DMT at rope drop on EMM day? Would it be any different than a non-EMM day (or at least within 15 minutes?)

1. EMM still does not affect regular hours crowds.
2. No appreciable negative effect.
