EMM at MK

We will be staying at AKL and have purchased EMM for one morning at MK. The reservation info stated to allow 1-1 1/2 hrs transport time to get to the park. That means we need to catch a MK bus by 630am. Will they be running that early? What are peoples experiences with this?

Yes. The buses will start running to the parks at between 6:00 and 6:30AM, every day.

It will NOT take 60-90 minutes to get to MK, however.
(Once boarded, your bus trip to MK will take under 15 minutes.)

But, at WDW, it's better to arrive far too early, than to arrive one minute too late.
That goes for arriving at your resort bus stop to grab a bus to a park.

In any reservation, including all dining, Disney always states to allow that much travel time. Just in case. I'm sure you would be fine with allowing as much time as you normally do to get there.

Just wanted to add that you should add about 4 minutes per bus stop at your resort to this 15 minute time frame. Places like CBR where it's 7 stops, if you get on at the first stop the bus pulls up to it can be a good 15-20 minutes just to leave the resort and then start the 20 minute journey to where your going. Early morning when nobody else is waiting it goes much faster but more than 15 minutes.
