EMHs Question & Character Meets

First question:
For our trip in April, the Park hours for MK say open at 8:00am...so on MK EMH days it opens at 7:00am???? Just don't remember it ever opening at 7am before.

Second question:
Where can I find a schedule for Characters in the parks or is there such a schedule?

Sorry, don't know about the EMH, but here's some sites that will help with characters.

The Times Guides for the parks will list some character info. This site lists the info from the Times Guides (plus some non-published info). The info is updated weekly, and will give you a general idea.

EVERY time you see park hours posted, those are the hours for the general public. You have to do the EMH math in your head.

Your example is correct. If MK opens at 8 a.m., and it is an EMH morning, that means it opens up to WDW resort guests at 7 a.m.

Same with closing. Let's say the posted closing time in 11:00 p.m. If it's an EMH night, then WDW resort guests can play in the park until 2 a.m.
