EMH- wristbands

We are seeing the 9:30 show of the Hoop Dee Doo and the Magic Kingdom has an evening EMH that night. The park closes at 11pm and then EMH starts. We don't plan on visiting the Magic Kingdom during the day, we plan on going to Epcot. Will we still be able to get into the Magic Kingdom and get wristbanda at around 11:30pm????? Thanks! Megan

Yes....at the front, through the turnstiles, but before the train station, they have a line set up...you just show them your resort ID and they give you a wristband.

At Epcot, we were in the back when the EMH started. We were hanging out in the UK Pub for a while, then went to future world and went on a few rides. The EMH's were from 9-Midnight. At one point, someone asked us for our wristband. We didn't get them...they just sent us out to a kiosk where a CM gave us our wristbands at about 10:30pm.

My sister called Disney yesterday and asked about EMH. The CM she talked to said all you had to do was show your room key to get on a ride, nothing about wristbands. Which is correct, wristbands or no wristbands?

Definitely wristbands. They're much easier to look for and a lot less time consuming than pulling out a room key all the time. The CM must have meant that all you have to do is show your room key to get a wristband.

Wristbands make more sense, I was afraid I'd lose my room key if I had to keep showing it.
