I have 3 days where I'll be hoping to utilize EMH hours and could use some advice on if my itinerary makes sense. I've looked at crowd calendars, but the entire time I'll be there (mid June) will be red level crowds anyway. I went around the same time last year and didn't really have issues, but I don't think we ever really took advantage of AM EMH.
I plan on going to the following:
AK for AM EMH...it's also open until 8PM that day instead of 6PM. I planned to spend most of the day there, though breaking for AKL for lunch and wine tasting, then either heading back to the park (around 4:00) or going to DTD (we have later dinner reservations there and planned to do DQ).
Our strategy for that day is Safari first thing, then use FPs for EE (10:50) and Kali (11:50). Possibly cancel an evening Safari (6:00) for Dinosaur. In between, I figure we can walk some trails and see the shows (FotLK and Nemo), and meet Pocahontas.
The next day we wanted to take advantage of the MK EMH AM hours. We'll have already spent the day in MK previously and hopefully gotten a lot of big rides out of the way (we have FPs for 7DMT, Space and PP). I'm more concerned with riding the mountains again and some lesser rides. We have a lunch at BOG at 12:30 - then we're leaving for Epcot where our FPs are and dinner reservation.
Our last EMH day is a PM EMH at Epcot - this is also the day we're drinking around the world so we're not AS concerned with rides (though we have FPs in the morning before we start our journey). I figured this would give us more time to explore the pavilions and backtrack for drinks after Illuminations if we hadn't completed it yet.
