EMH questions

Hi everybody. My family is going to WDW in a month, and I was wondering are the EMH something to aim for? If so whats better morning or evening EMH? Thanks in advance.

I never gave you the big ole DIS welcome!!!! Okay, that's done.
You'll get several different opinions on this...I used to really like the morning EMHs. But, now I tend to sleep a bit later and hit the park that had EMH the previous evening. But, I'm looking at my 11th trip to WDW in 7 years...no need to do it all for me.
The evening EMHs tend to get crowded, but they are still fun. If you have little ones, it may be hard to keep them going. The crowds die down a bit after a bit, but it can make for a very late night. Since you'll be there in a month it might not be as bad as it would be in July....then the park closes at 10:00 but remains open until 1 or so for EMHs!!!! And the crowds should be less just because the schools will all be back in full swing.
Go, have a great time..try the EMHs. If they don't work for you, no need to stay for the whole time.

We found the EMHs, both evening and morning to be pretty crowded. Much more so than at times when its just regular park house. We ended up avoiding them altogether and did much better with the crowds.

In January (slow month) we did evening EMH for Epcot and MGM and we loved it. We got to ride all the big rides with literally no wait. However, we tried evening EMH at Magic Kingdom on a Sunday and that wasn't as pretty.

Welcome to the DIS, CJ. I avoid all EMH's, too crowded. I go where the people are not, and that is to a non EMH park.

Last year family walk on and off pirate 3 time in 20 minute! MK EMPTY, walk on any attraction!

We've done both morning and night. Late at Epcot, MGM and MK and they both worked out great. Very light crowds compared to during the day. I did RnRC twice one night with about a 1 minute wait. Character Connection at Epcot at late EMH had no lines when we went through about an hour and a half after regular park closing time.

Did early at MGM this past June. Wasn't very crowded at all. It was also during SWW, so I got a lot of character pics with almost no wait.
