Do you have to actually be in the park before the EMH starts?

They give you wrist band so you need to be in the park to get the wrist band to ride the rides. They don't give out the wrist bands all night so you would have to be in the park at the time they are giving out wrist bands which is done around 2 hours before the park would normally close.

What about us parkhoopers who are not at park when wristbands are handed out, will they still let us into park with our resort id's?

I heard you can get them at the gate after EMH starts by showing your resort key and park hopper!

WE went to EMH at EPCOT about an hour before it was over - no problems!
