EMH question for offsite stay

I just looked at The Crystal Palace and there is an 8:25 reservation for 4 available on 4/13. Not sure how many people in your party but that would get you in early.

No it wouldn't get OP in early. MK has regular opening at 8:00. EMH begins at 7:00.

Huh? Was this directed at me? :confused3 It costs $17 to park in the TTC lot, and then you have to take either the monorail or the ferry to get to MK. Valet parking at any of the deluxe resorts is a legal and encouraged practice according to Disney. What's the issue? And yes, I am "some kind of person". I am the kind that is helpful and informative. :confused3

Smitch425 I see you post all over the Dis boards and I agree you are "some kind of person" extremely helpful and kind. Thank you from someone who appreciates your help.

Agree with others. Valet at the contemporary. It is totally "allowed" and "legal", regardless of whether you are staying there. Disney is always happy to take a bit more of your money.

Perhaps if their valet lots filled up consistently, they might change their policy. But as of today you can valet at any resort you darn well please; and not feel guilty or feel like you are even slightly bending any rule. Disney would like you to spend the extra $3 plus tip to let their employee park your car: in this specific circumstance that's money well spent.

 Thank you for the kind words. :goodvibes That was very sweet of you to take the time to say that. :flower3:

EMH? Do they throw you out of the park once EMH hit or can you still walk the park and shop? Also, now that there is no more KTTW how do CMs know who has EMH if offsite guests purchase MBs? Do they scan all MBs at the rides?

For morning EMH they will not let you in the park--when you scan your band, it will say no entry, so Magic Band won't help. For evening EMH, you will not be kicked out of the park...you can eat & shop. But you have to scan the band at every ride so again, they would know you're not a Disney Hotel guest.

Face it, MICKEY KNOWS ALL, lol.:rotfl2:

Perfecto! We don't have EMH but wanted to use EMH to shop! Happy Happy!

I was also wondering about the scanned bands during night emh...what exactly does the scanner state...I had "heard" on the dis it does not say if you are onsite...is that still the case...hoping they change it now that bands are available for sale!
