EMH Park Hopping

I have read that you get a wrist band 2 hrs before EMH to stay in the park, but what if you hop to the EMH park? Do you have to get to the EMH park before it starts or can you walk up anytime, get your wrist band and enter the park?

You can walk up when/after the EMH starts. They just start distributing the bands early so that you don't have to wait in line once it starts. You also get the bands inside the park. They will have a few different locations set up, they scan your room key, and snap on your bracelet and you are good to go.
